• Please come to your appointment with CLEAN, dry, & straight hair.


• Masks are OPTIONAL


• Please WAIT in your car once you have arrived at your scheduled appointment until you have received a text from me to come inside the salon!

POLICIES:



48 HR

CANCELLATION POLICY


If you need to Cancel OR Reschedule, PLEASE let me know at least 48 hrs in ADVANCE.


If cancelled WITHIN 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% Deposit of what the service price would have been, in order to reschedule PLUS a $50 Cancellation fee.

*50% Deposit will go towards future reschedule. ($50 cancellation fee will not)


**PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT!


If you do not confirm your appointment via my automated text alert, I will personally reach out to you via text or IG. If I do not hear back from you at least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment, I will assume you want to cancel and fill your spot.


Please be on time for your appointment!


NO - NO SHOWS


If you No Show your scheduled appointment- there will be no future appointment.


NO REFUNDS


**NEW CLIENTS**


All New clients or clients I have not seen in 6+ mo. will be required to fill out & submit a form.

A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit will be required for all New Client bookings.

*Deposit will go towards your appointment


All New Clients will be required to sign a contract for credit card authorization for deposits.


All Extension Clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit + sign a Contract for Service Agreement + Cc

authorization for deposits.
